Welcome to Bri Braids & More, LLC. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our booking policies. We value your business and appreciate your understanding.

Before you book

Please review the following guidelines before booking your appointment with Bri Braids & More, LLC:

  • Clean Hair: Arrive with clean, product-free hair. If you require a wash/blow-dry, please add it to your service when booking.
  • Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your final balance.
  • Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We offer a 10–15 minute grace period. Late fees or cancellations may apply if you arrive later than this.
  • Guests: To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, please do not bring extra guests or children unless they are also being serviced.
  • Style Selection: Know your desired style. Have inspiration photos ready and select the correct length/size options when booking.
  • Hair Inclusion: Check the service description to see if hair is included. If not, please bring the correct hair type and amount for your chosen style.
  • Hair Health: We can only service healthy hair. Severely tangled or damaged hair may require a consultation before booking or may not be suitable for certain styles.
  • Payment: We accept cash and card payments. A $3 card processing fee applies to all card transactions.
  • Rescheduling/Cancellation: To avoid fees, please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24–48 hours in advance.
  • No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice may result in restricted or denied future bookings at Bri Braids & More, LLC.

Cancellation & reschedule policy

At Bri Braids & More, LLC, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please adhere to the following cancellation and reschedule policy:

  • Notice Required: We require 24–48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
  • Same-Day Cancellations: Same-day cancellations will be treated as no-shows, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
  • No Call / No Show: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and future bookings may be restricted.
  • Rescheduling: If you reschedule your appointment within the 24–48 hour window, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.
  • Same-Day Reschedule: Rescheduling on the same day as your appointment will require a new deposit.
  • Emergencies: Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis with proper documentation.

Late arrival policy

We value your time and strive to provide timely service. Please be aware of our late arrival policy:

  • Grace Period: We allow a 10–15 minute grace period for late arrivals.
  • Late Fee/Reschedule: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a late fee may be applied, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled, depending on the style and our schedule.
  • Service Adjustment: If your delay affects the service time, we may need to shorten the style or cancel the appointment. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • No-Show Consideration: Arriving 20+ minutes late will be considered a no-show, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

No-show policy

To ensure fairness to all our clients and our stylists, we enforce the following no-show policy:

  • Deposit Forfeiture: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notification (no call/no show), your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Booking Restrictions: Repeat no-shows may be blocked from future bookings at Bri Braids & More, LLC.
